Making Owner Mfg. Parts - D Window Frames for a Piper Colt Project
In Post #36 of this thread, I discussed with some of you how the D window frames might be made on a DIY basis. I tried the methods discussed in that thread, but had no real success. Subsequently I came across another method which I've tried, and which I think will work. I describe the making of these in a bit of detail in the PDF linked below for anyone who may be interested. I didn't want to fill of a lot of space here, hence the PDF. Being new here, I hope that will be OK?
