Tri Pacer Rear Seat Harness Options

This looks like it would be a perfect solutio0n for rear seat shoulder harness installation, looped over the streamlined tube and use a standard web retaining clip to secure.
Cheap at ~$80 per seat (Qty 2 sets required):

This of course assumes the streamline tube is in fact higher than your average rear seat passenger's shoulders.

It is the tube that the seat hangs from.

Right... sorry I am a Tri Pacer newby owner.
Is it a requirement for the tube to be above the pax' shoulders? If the harness slopes slightly up and then over the pax's shoulders down to the buckle is not allowed?

The angles are better to keep from compressing the occupant's spine. I believe most anyones shoulders will be below the tube in a Tri-Pacer. Read AC 43.13-2B Chapter 9 to educate yourself on shoulder harness.

What is everyone’s experience with shoulder harness’ in the rear seat of PA22/20??
3point? 4 point?
the parts manual shows it as a tripacer option... it attaches to the streamline tube I beleive?? Would love to see some photos!!

Having second thoughts. I don't think it was the streamline tube, because that would have given bad angles. I won't be near the aircraft until later in the week to double check and see if I can get some photos.

If I could figure out how to remove my previous posts (8/19/20), I wouldn't confuse myself!
Immediately behind the rear bulkhead of the hatrack is definitely a streamline section crosspiece! I welded brackets to that, but it would be feasible to wrap a bracket around the streamline to achieve a similar result. Cables run forward to the Y harness fittings.
The first photo shows a cable coming forward through the bulkhead to the Y harness. The second is looking up from the 'hell hole' opening to show the bracket wrapped around the streamline and welded. The brackets are at 18" centres which corresponds with the centreline of each back seat, and the cables are horizontal from the bracket to the passenger's shoulders, which should be acceptable for spinal compression considerations.
