    Piper made a great little LSA years ago, it's called a Vagabond and is joy to fly, don't rule that out.

    I’d love a Vagabond, but I’m not ready for a conventional gear aircraft just yet... I’m just wondering what I’ll get once I cross the 100 hour to solo time line, only got another 40 hours to go...

    It’s a whole lot easier to learn in a Tailwheels Airplane first than transition from nose wheel to Tailwheels, just saying.

    I learned to fly in the 50's. ALL the planes had tailwheels, it was no big deal. It was only much later that they became "Taildraggers" something to be feared.
