    Default Central Air Filter

    Hi everyone,

I need to install an air filter for my vacuum gauges. I noticed that there is not one in my plane and don't think I care for any dust bunnies living in my vacuum gauges. I ordered one from Aircraft Spruce. I was wondering where is the best place to install the filter?

This is the Rapco filter I ordered.

    Thanks,

Don't have a pic but we found a screw on the back side of the firewall. Will try to get a picture.

Mine is mounted on the upper left side of the firewall. It is easy to get to by taking the glare shield cover off, but if you have a 55 or older model it would be much harder to access in that location.
