    How did it fly with the engine in back? I know it takes a while to get the tail up when I have two adults in back.

    Just felt like it was loaded. A little tailwheel shimmy at my first fuel stop. I had tools and accessories loaded after the photo was taken but it was still withing CG and GW.

    I just read the entire thread. Wow, thanks for sharing it. When the time comes to purchase an engine for my Tailwind, I know how I’m going to pick it up and bring it home.

    If you paid someone to do all the work it probably wouldn’t be much less expensive.
