It's small so hard to see, but it does look like that except on the "Post Quick Reply" area I don't have the symbols across the top.

Bob, what is the exact device... and iPad? Using Safari? I'll try to duplicate it here. If it a really old browser - in that you have not done your system updates, etc, that could be the problem.

Using Chrome now. Same issue, uploads photos if not cell camera photos. I have the latest updates on all devices. I haven't left my office yet, but I'm going to.

Using Safari now, same issue, cell photos won't work. Now I'm leaving my office.
