During the painting we are restoring the brakes

I have original drums with the hand levier.
Reading on this fantastic forum I understood that isnít the best solution.

I would like to buy the vented Steveís brake pump but I have always the idea to convert it as PA22/20...

Now we try with the original parts (new orings, new shoes, new diaphragms).

If it will be acceptable ok, otherwise we decide what to do.

I bought from Univair the front gear support and I welded it.

We did before fabric work if we decide to convert it.

In case we will use Univair STC (if I understand correctly) that use the front support PA22 as the rear support PA22/20
(We will not use PA18 extended gear but the PA20 gear).

    I understood correctly??

In case, I will need your help!!
    Thank you.

A question for the European members: do you know where I can find in Europe the rubber fuel hose ??
This week we would like to fix the wings and the shipping from Univair is too long now....

I think any certified fuel hose could be ok, any suggestion?

    Thank you very much.

    Alex.

There is a company in UK who makes approved fuel hoses.

We lost 1 flap spring, Univair code U14384-000

    But also exist U14384-000HD

Someone of you used the HD ??

I need 1 but with this difference probably itís better if I buy 2...

    Thank you.

PS: some of you have this spring??

The HD spring is a stiffer and less prone to flap in the wind and retracts better.
