You will know a lot about your plane when you are finished
Looking forward to seeing your progress!
    Thank you!

Time is always my issue. Don't buy a flying airplane, it cuts into working on your project.

I’m cleaning the airframe and checked if there isn’t corrosion.

Get off the old headliner, I bought the new one from Airtex.

Fixed the Dakotacub fuel selector with both mode, as suggest me in this fantastic forum.

I left the original fuel line, with standard tanks and 2 gascolators (that Brian sent me...).

I asked to Clyde (Cubdoctor) a new firewall, the problem for me is the shipping to Italy....

No problem shipping to Italy - just the cost!
My Vagabond firewall looked a bit like that but I painted it with grey engine enamel and it now looks great.
    Perhaps an option?
We have a good, active, Vintage Piper Aircraft Club here in England. Perhaps you would like to consider joining at some stage?
The French also have something similar (Piper Club France) and hold annual rassamblements .
Quite a few British like to try and attend their rassamblements so perhaps one year we may meet up.
Your advantage with flying to France is not having either 22 NM or 60 NM of water to fly over!

Hi Tony, for me would be a pleasure!!
I'm based at LIMG airport, very close to French border (45' flight to Nice).
I've already looked at your webpage, I don't know when my PA22 will be finished.. but I can join you at some flight meeting, a flight from Nice to UK is cheap and quick.
    We keep in touch!!

Yesterday I open the nose oleo strut, it needs new O Rings.

I bought a TriPacer kit with black O rings but I remember that someone use the Red O rings.

Please, do you know where find the red one?

    Thank you.

    Alex.
