OK, Thank you, I remember I red here the someone used the red and they are better in winter, I will use the black. In the kit there are 2 o'rings, 1 wiper strip and 1 "backup washer" that I cannot understand where is in the strut... probably there isn't.... Could you help me?

Beautiful work. Getting parts must be a pain.

    It is.

Thanks to this fantastic forum I found the supplier.

But the shipping to Italy is expensive and long...

    Alessandro,

Do you have easy(ish) access to Aircraft Spruce items in Italy?
If not, you may find it a bit cheaper and easier to try using LAS Aero here in UK (https://www.lasaero.com)
They have weekly shipments from Aircraft Spruce to UK and I have had Aircraft Spruce parts stocked in USA delivered to me in 7 days.
LAS also stock all the Randolph paints etc.

    Ciao Tony!
Thank you very much for the info.

Yes, I’ve already bought from Spruce.eu but some parts, as firewall, I must buy in US.

It is a little bit more complicated but the fun part is that I can “meet” a lot of people that love shortwing and Pipers.

The worst shipping will be with Airtex.....

I hope the final result make me happy.

    Thank you.

    Alex.
