Default Tunnel or no Tunnel with 0-320?

I am at the point where I need to start on the boot cowling on my 1950 Pacer 20-6. I ordered a new firewall from Clyde, and "thought" the original was non tunnel (it was), but the airplane had been updated to a tunnel style firewall at some point. So the question is, will the added cooling of the tunnel style firewall be worth ordering another firewall and eating the $600?

    Hi,

I don't think the sheet metal differences between the two are complicated enough to warrent a new part.

Thanks for the link. It's nice that these topics have been covered, and there are guys with good memories! I will rebuild it with the correct PA20 firewall and cowling.
