I am new to this site. How do I start/post a new Forum? Can somebody help?

No...I was just asking about how to navigate through here to initiate a new thread with a completely new title? The only was I can see to post is to reply to somebody else's thread and try to change the title.

Not sure if the answers i am looking for will be identified/queried on a previous thread?

Since I got ya here...do you know any companies i can ship a part to for die penetrent?

You can buy dye penetrant from Aircraft Spruce or any A&P can use it. What do you want to dye penetrant?

If you want to start I new thread go to the appropriate forum and there will be a start new thread button at the top. You might use the search function to see if your question has been asked before. There is a search box in the top right corner. I prefer using key words followed by "site:shortwingpipers.org" in Google for the set results.

I never did die penetrant before and wanted to ensure I did it right. I am coming up on an AD to inspect my stabilator balance weight tube for cracks. Was thinking it wouldn’t be hard to ship it off and have it done by a Level II NDT tech?

If I can’t find anybody I guess I will just have to figure it out? I am an A & P but just learning GA. Most of my experience is with large military aircraft.
