You would have to contact the Shortwing Piper Club (SWPC), they sell the CD.
SWPC is more of the social club, they organize the annual convention, publish a newsletter, etc
    https://www.shortwingpiperclub.org/contact-us/
They have a few additional CDs with Vagabond info, color schemes, tips & techniques, etc.

This group is Shortwing Pipers (SWP), many of the same folks but a different management.
SWP is technical support and peer-to-peer discussions.

I don't know of another revision to the original CD.

I ordered a new drawing set and last week I received the drawings on a thumb drive. I did not see a serial number. There are new items since I first bought the CD years ago. Including; a 35 minute Piper video "Wings of Industry", FAQ's, a SWPC summary of what drawings they own, instructions on using the Drawings, additional random engineer detail drawings, some pictures and a few more minor things. It has been modified a number of times in the 2000's, the last being in 2019.

I don't know that the additional items are very substantial and worth buying the newest set, I bought it because my old CD was damaged. If you don't have these drawings I believe it is worthwhile information to have as a Short Wing owner.

I installed my CD on the hard disk in my laptop which I take on trips, in the hangar doing maint, etc.
Stored the CD in a safe place with other important CD's. Guess I could have put it on a thumbdrive
but figured I would loose it or misplace it when I wanted to use it.

I down loaded the CD to my lap top and desk top. Works faster or you down load it to a thumb drive.

Our new laptops don't have CD drives only mini USB's. I use a mini USB convertor for my thumb drive.
