Default Engine offset. What should it be set at?

Just wondering what the engine offset should be on a O-320 Pacer? Is it 4 degrees down and 2 degrees to the right? Thanks!

2 degrees right and 4 degrees down is correct, as I learned when I freaked out about my engine being crooked hahaha!!!!

Might be a good opportunity to do a thrust line mod...

I’ve been wondering lately if anyone has done that on a Pacer and if it has similar results the SC crowd sees? CamTom does your exp Pacer have the stock engine mount or modified?

It’s a modified mount, but Roger kept the factory offset.

Big change was from conical to dynafocal.

Wing incidence is different. Not sure you will have similar results like a Super Cub.
