Default Replacing the original M74DM 61" with a 74DM6-0-60 use the same bolts?

Short Wing friend, reaching outdoor your help.

My Tri Pacer PA-22-160 M74DM propeller hasn't passed the 100 hr AD inspection....

Does the Sensenich M74DM 61" use the same bolts (and washers) as the Sensenich 74DM6-0-60?

Thank you very much in advance for your help, answers, pointers.

Same basic prop, same bolts. A new prop should come with new bolts though.

An M74DM is an M74DM, pitch is either originally set at factory, or done in the prop shop (within allowable limits) so yes the bolts are the same.
Good thing too, as a set of bolts is about $250.
A look at the prop logs might tell you the repitch history of your original and new prop.
Curious, what aspect of the 100 hr AD inspection was not passing?

    Good luck,

Two of those AD’s apply only to propellers overhauled by 2 specific shops. The other AD was for early production propellers that did NOT have the letter A or K preceding the serial number that require the bore to be inspected for cracks.

So the hub crack AD inspection failed. See pic below. IMG_20200918_130955.jpeg

You bet! Never a great pleasure to be confronted with unexpected $$$ but better than the thing coming off between Marseille and Calvi.

So a 74DM6 and a M74DM are essentially the same props, same hub, same dimensions, same bolts?

The 6 indicates 3/8" diameter bolts. A 74DM7 is also 74" long but uses 7/16" dia. bolts. A 74DM6-60 is 74" long, use 3/8" bolts and has a pitch of 60 inches. For each revolution of the prop it thereotically advances 60".

Thank you! What I am really trying to find out is if I need to buy a new bolt set for the 74DM6 or if I can use the bolts I used for the M74DM.
