I purchased a used wheel half set for my nose wheel. I noticed the valve stem hole is not in the same location as my old nose wheel or the mains. The old wheel halves have the hole centered between two bolt holes and lined up with a fin casted in the back side. The one I purchased used has the valve stem hole offset from the centered position.
My questions: Is normal and some were produced like this? Or is this something someone drilled in the past to make a wheel half they didn’t have.
I wish I could go forward as much as I go backward on this project.
