    Default Shortwing being towed

    The prop is stopped and a long tow rop attached to it.. but why, what was going on here..

    Prop appears stopped because of the fast shutter speed of the camera. Same effect as a strobe at the right frequency will appear stop anything moving

    Also a good reason not to operate strobe lights around aircraft parking areas at night. You'd think that the engine noise would be a giveaway, but the 'stationary' prop has got a few people in the past.

    I think it's being pulled by a DC 3 with the rope.
