Default 1955 PA-22-150 Elevator Cable Tension

Good evening, I am searching for a number too check tension on the elevator cables.
Done a lot of reading, but have found any reference for tension of the cables. Cables
on my project have slack, & upper (-67) turn buckle has safety removed, or never installed.
Can some one point me to the reference material.

There is a service instruction on the Super Cub for replacing the tail feathers in the late 80s early 90s due to corrosion issues from bad factory processes and it calls out those tensions. 45 lbs comes to mind. It is listed on Univair's website.

The Rigging CD from piper club says 35LBS for the PA22 elevator cables if recall correctly.
