You trim to fit on install.
When i did mine, I cut half circle or for the clearance, then peeled the corrugated plastic backing from the carpet... making a “flap” of sorts.

to remove any loose pieces on the edges. Was going to take it to a carpet store and have them bound but I think it fits better without.
Did you attach it to the floor boards with velcro or snaps?

I sent in for the Airtex samples and was a bit disappointed in color choices. I think I have a hard one to match with the Teal color accents on my plane. Im not a fan of tans or browns but if I go this route I may have to do a two tone tan/light brown. I dont know.
I turn to the community for help- need a life line so to speak.
I like the classic look of vinyl on top and bottom but cloth in the middle like this

so here are the colors I can choose from if I go Airtex

Lionheart creations, a flight simulator program has some creative paint schemes and interior pictures for our aircraft.

Could you insert some of the Airtex colors into these base colors?

It would be cool if they added the "teal" into the piping or the stitching for the word PIPER>

Nope no way for it to move. Floor mats on the other hand keep pushing forward

I’m still working on getting my interior re-done . What will be needed as far as certain for a 56 PA22? It looks like I may have to buy my own vinyl , foam and tweed . Need something with a burn cert ? I noticed Airtex does not supply a cert with their interiors . How do you do a log entry ?
