Default A screw (or ten) loose

Hi all, I'm looking for a good way to stop the little screws all over my Tri-Pacer (especially those on the wing root fairing) from vibrating out. Someone years ago mentioned putting a little bit of gasket sealer on them to help them stick and damp some of the vibrations causing them to come loose. Anyone else have a better idea?

Using the next size larger works. Put a small amount of silicone in the hole. Rivet nut plates inside or use Tinnerman nuts.

Try inserting a short piece of zip tie into the hole then tightening the screw, this will typically hold the screw. Then cut off the tail sticking out from under the screw head with a razor blade. Works great on fairings.

I wonder what the terminal velocity is of Piper sheet metal screws raining down on the public?

I use small pieces of monofilament fishing line in the hole and insert the screw and cut off the end. The nice thing about that is you can get many different thicknesses for very little cost and it works on any screw or size. I have not lost a screw that I have secured like that.
