    Default Couple of issues

What, if any, is the proper tension for tail wheel steering springs? Second how do you fix throttle creep?

completely subjective. Some like to run the springs tight, some run them loose or not at all. A good vernier throttle will fix the creep.

Maule Tailwheels have different instructions than Scott. Use the instructions that apply to the installed tailwheel.

If you Google a subject and add "site:shortwingpipers.org" your search will be done on this website and be Short Wing related. If you post on an existing thread that keeps all the relative information in the same thread and easier to find all the information later. I often forget something and use this method to find the information I am looking for. It is harder to sift through multiple threads to find the needed info. I also use the Tags. If you look at the bottom of the page you can add a Tag with relative words that you can use later to find a given thread. Also, asking questions on multiple subjects in the same post may get one of your subjects derailed by emphasizing on the other subject. Just some insight into finding all the best answers to your given questions.
