I need one, I have a portable sigtronics 4 place that is like an octopus running loose in the cockpit with cords tangled everywhere. I have no audio panel, is this spa 400 a simple install that a caveman can do it?

I had the Sictronics for many years, but it finally failed. I am now installing a. GARMIN GMA 245 Audio panel with build in four place intercom which will also replace my old audio panel.

I took some pictures today of where I mounted the headphone jacks in the back of the Pacer. Not sure why the one picture is turned sideways. It shows the little "box" I made from aluminum and mounted on the rear door post.

A few pics from my GMA 345 install. One of the audio panel. Second of the jack on the hat rack. Cables were run along the firewall, under the carper on the left side of the cockpit, through the baggage compartment to the hat rack. I have a quick disconnect so that I can still remove the hat rack and rear seats.

I have a Sigtronics SPA-4S (4 place) panel mount intercom that I took out of a project. It was working fine on removal and has a partial loom. You would need insulated panel jacks and some additional wire to install. Installation instructions included.
It's been decorating my desk for quite a while, collecting dust.
Free to a good home--you pay the postage from Australia, which would most probably be about $20!

I'd be happy to help you rehome that intercom, assuming it's 14V.
    PM sent from Oregon.

The previous custodian of my airplane replaced an old radio and portable intercom with a Ps engineering PAR 200 and integrated Trig Ty-92 radio. He had it wired with separate music inputs so his kiddos could each watch their own movies. I haven't used that, but I appreciate the Bluetooth connection which I use to listen to music which the unit automatically mutes when a transmission is received. I also appreciate the panel space it freed up so my ipad mounts on the panel. I just recently learned that the radio has a "monitor" feature which will come in handy during the busy summer flying season.
