    Sits and sits, almost 20 years since its flown, the owner parked it at Delta AirPark in Vancouver in 2005

    You are someone. Can you locate the registered owner through the tail number?

    Just call up to the airpark, they moved it out in the corner.. the owner may have passed. Getting it across the border would take some work
