Screw and recessed washer size for cowl

Hello,
Saw a post on this earlier, but can't find it now. Mighta been on the FB page. Looking for a point toward which screws and the recessed washer thingy's I need for my cowling. Think the link I saw went to a AS and S Page. Don't put that abreviation together. Does this be them? What size?

the washer is what I have used but all mine have nut plates so I use machine screws vs Tinnerman type screws.

That was a Facebook Post, why I hate FB for these types of things. Should be 10-32 screws.

10-32 thread... several lengths available.. I like using 5/8 as it fits through chafe seal better.

That was my Facebook post. They are 10-32 machine screws and definitely no shorter than 5/8.
I had originally ordered screws too short and had to reorder. costing me way more in shipping than necessary.
