    would anyone have a PDF template for the aft inspection "P plate" and also the H stab hole ?

    For the covers (which Steve does not sell) go to Univair and search "tail inspection plate" and "inspection cover".
    But for the high quality aluminum grommets that go inside the fabric and the covers screw into, buy the aforementioned kit from Steve.
    Then match drill the covers to the grommets, install nut plates to the grommets, and you have the best solution.
