    While searching for colors, I emailed Randolph (now Consolidated), and they still have color charts from back in the 40s and will custom mix dope to those colors. I kind of doubt they would share with Stewart’s though.

    There are no color chips, but the Piper parts manual does list the original colors.

    Andya: I have the written color names --- I just didn't know visually what they looked like to do an eye match.
    I think Steve may have helped that by scanning his old color chart (thank you by the way )

    compared steve's old piper color chart with the new stewarts-----
    Looking at "diana cream"----- sadly not even the same color. Stewarts is sort of a mocha type color--- where piper's looks
    like egg custard more or less. So I guess I will just select the stewart colors that I think will look OK to my eye---
    I guess thats to be expected !
