    No more than I did with any of the other control cables to get them to clear the control tee.

    Well I'm ending up sending the A-700 with button lock back to ACS&S, it interferes with the control chain when column is full aft in my Colt. A friend had a A-740 in his hangar so I trial installed it and it looks like it will work. Guess I should've listened to Steve the first time around...... I wonder why there is no spring on that mixture arm so it will go full-rich if the mixture cable breaks (like mine did)... kelliots '61 Colt

    I have seen people add an external spring for that purpose.
