Default Opening Windows for a PA-16 Clipper.

Before I put my Clipper project on hold, years and years ago, I built (with some very able help), some fold up window frames (uninstalled). After getting into my friends Pacer, not that easy at age 64, I projected myself 10 years hence....... Need a left hand door, ah la Ed Trimmer. What the hell only 100 hours more fabrication. As a result I have some windows that can be added to your Clipper with a logbook entry. Any interest?

If they're anything like the ones I have, they are pretty awesome! You can fly with them open which makes for a very cool experience!

I'm pretty sure they are exactly like the ones on your airplane.

I would like to see some pics of them both, I've built some frames for my restoration but am stuck on the latching and outside trim.

Mine are just raw 4130 5/8" X 5/8" Sq tubing frames that fit just inside of the openings. PM me with a phone number and I'll share with my plan.
I will probably just cut these up and use the tubing in the new doors. The sq tubing is about $7 per ft.
