That's a very pretty panel. Does it meet the 2020 ADS-b mandate?

Yes, is ready for 2020 ADS-B compliance. I’ve made two changes since that evening panel picture was taken: added a Nulite brand instrument light to the airspeed indicator and replaced the manifold pressure gauge with a more useful EGT gauge. Also, the incandescent lamps inside the Nulite instrument light added just enough resistive load to make the dimmer work with the overhead red colored LED panel flood lights. Prior to the Nulite instrument light, the only incandescent lamp resistive load on the dimmer was the compass lamp and that isn’t sufficient for the dimmer to function properly with the LED lamps. Planning a re-panel when the aircraft gets torn down as its now a real mixture of modifications. I have an ifDR dual USB power supply to run the Dynon and the iPad. I hate relying on GPS but the airspace here in the UK can get pretty restrictive. I would recommend the Trig radio. I want to install and integrate an EI CGR-30P and a Garmin 660 to give fuel at destination. The red guarded switch is the starter as I have the Svenn's battery solenoid mod. When installing this i removed the VSI (manually adjustable for some reason) the electric T&S and an ancient VOR. I have the original under seat solenoid if anyone is interested.

Here is my panel after I replaced the GARMIN 300XL with a 430w and had the Stratus ADS-B out XPDR installed.

Does a good modern round 3-1/8” basic IFR GPS exist? I emailed AeroVonics asking for the PA 20 and 22 be included in their STC application for their AV30...I’ve asked for two....want a round GPS... don’t want a rectangular set up....it would have to be mounted on the top left side of my panel. Said I wouldn’t go IFR in the Pacer...but...when I’m stuck on my Butt for two weeks...went there.....

Looks nice. What is the selector valve under the right yoke?

I've seen that before Steve... Old Stoddards wing tank STC that adds another tank in each wing... The right fuel valve is added and controls the right wing tanks while the original fuel valve controls just the left tanks... So if you want right outboard tank you have that valve set to RO and the left valve set to off...or you can run both outboard tanks by setting each valve to LO and RO... A bit confusing but it works...
