Bob Christianson was in a serious accident over the weekend. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers through his recovery.
From Bob's son:
"My Dad loves cub flying and loves all the guys and gals that are part of the flying community.

I didn’t get to the hospital until early Sunday morning but when I did he was already talking about how he’s going to rebuild his cub. Though, that’s going to be a little while before that effort kicks off.

You may or may not know but he ended up with more than 30 fractures amongst ribs, arms, hands, back, legs and ankles. His back surgery was successful yesterday, as were the surgeries on his right femur, patella and some stabilization of the right ankle. He has more surgery planned for the left leg today.

It’s truly a miracle he’s alive, but he’s a pretty tough guy. My nephew was also in the plane and was released from the hospital the same day and only has a black eye."

We have camped with Bob at Oshkosh many years and he was a regular attendee of our restoration seminar. He is quite a character and loves by every member of my family. We are all thinking of him through all of this.
