I have a 3D CAD model of a Piper Yoke emblem so I can machine out a mold to cast my own. If your interest in doing some machine work of going in partners, please let me know.

I’m interested. I can do it on a IPG industrial laser. My idea would be with two layers. Background, red one layer, acrylic or Lexan. Letters and frame with .060 stainless steel.

Sorry, I just purchased a mold and will be pouring parts soon. It was a rather large investment, but hopefully worth it.

I have tried vinyl stickers. acid etch and laser etched. My latest design was with Solidwork's auto trace function. I then cleaned up the old design and made a .dxf to cut on the laser. If your plan does not work out i would still like to try making it in 3 layers of stainless.
