Anyone on the Forum making Tee Shirts, Hoodies ect for sale with the SHP.org logo? I would buy some. Found a nice license plate frame the other day, "Id Rather be flying My Piper "
other than that I have a really nice Champion Hoodie with the Piper Logo on it

Maybe even a beer koozie and a wine bottle cooler and corkscrew set. Wall Clock ? Beach Chairs ? Id even like a Piper Pacer Bowling shirt

The embroidered logo on those hats are excellent. I would absolutely LOVE to have both some tee's and a hoodie sweatshirt with that or the Decal logo. Good Quality Tees and Hoodies like Champion .
I would gladly pay 30 for a good quality tee and 40-60 for a Good Hoodie.
I think Members wouldn't mind kicking in an extra 5 bucks per unit for the site , at least I would
I realize making a run of shirts costs upfront.
How about a pre order for a run ?

again, love the logo

So if someone made some up would anyone get all torqued about it or is it open season? If no one would get upset I may be interested if doing a few up.

That looks great. I went to the store and ordered a hat and some stickers. I noticed the store has a lot of really nice SuperCub gear.......not so much on the Pacer.

Once the hat got here I was thinking how much I would like a Hoodie and tee.

SJ has been out of the country and this is one of his fortes. There is no question that we can put our logo on almost anything, the question is can we sell enough to make it worthwhile. Have had several people from 3rd world countries copy and advertise our logo on items on Facebook. I promptly delete and block them.

I’ll bring this back from the dead, again. I just went to order a couple hats and stickers for myself and my son. Shirts, hoodies, etc. would be awesome. I think I still have a golf shirt with the old SWPO logo embroidered on it but I’m not sure it fits me any more.

Anybody else looking for apparel? Cheers!

I have a hat, but would love some more swag for sure!

Talked to SJ yesterday about this. Anyone want to find us a vendor that can make and distribute ShortWingPipers.org swag?

I have a company that I worked with for our EAA Chapter that did a great job. We went with all their mid level stuff, everything looked great and the quality was nice as well. They do have an order minimum and set-up fees that I pasted below. The store would be open for a period of time and then once the store is closed, then they start production and ultimately send out the items to everybody. We could open the store once or twice a year for anybody to buy swag. We chose that route versus buying a bunch of stuff and then selling it ourselves. It's just easier and then we don't have a bunch of extra shirts, hats, etc laying around collecting dust. We also had them increase the price on each item a bit so that the orders would cover the set up fees. We ended up making like $12, which went towards our scholarship fund. Happy to help in any way I can!

Screen Print for a 3 color one location is $45 per order.
Embroidery is $95 to set up the left chest logo and for a hat and that is a one time fee.
Each set up must meet the minimum requirements of 12 pieces for it to go through production.

XTool has a new lasar cutting tool for silk screens. Made my first try on wood.

What about using one of those companies that doesn't make it til it's ordered and puts your logo on whatever they have? I've seen with a lot of youtubers that is becoming pretty popular since you dont have to deal with overhead or shipping. The margins are probably smaller but if you aren't banking on it for your livelihood then it would seem pretty simple.

IMO, that's the best way to do it as then there isn't a bunch of swag that was purchased sitting collecting dust somewhere. Besides, nobody wants to be in charge of shipping out items to everybody. Print on demand or opening a store over a few weeks is the best way.

Just a quick test on Spreadshirt shows basic shirts $18 shipped for just text with printing costs so I feel that's pretty reasonable. The SWP logo is pretty basic so I expect it to only be a couple dollars more if just one color is used for the graphic.

The only bad thing about some of those print on demand companies is that the quality is bad. I made some stuff from a few of them (RedBubble and Custom Ink) and the basic printing is pretty bad. Actual screen printing is way better. We used the company below for our EAA Chapter's merch and it was great. We opened up the store for a few weeks and then they started printing the merch and then ultimately shipped it out to our members. Good quality stuff and the embroidered items came out really nice as well.
