Keep in mine Binky took over 10 years to build. And they are still not done. It has driven at a car show on and off its trailer. There is a little info here and there on other sites about the car. It’s just a fun vid series though and I’m sure once those two Brit’s get it to the point of “road worthy” there will be some shenanigans.

They loaded it onto a trailer to take it to a party/car show and only took pictures of all the damage they did to it just unloading it from the trailer. Busted off a fender, ripped some heat shielding off the exhaust, got it all muddy and they said it all happened in like 10 minutes, ha!
All that work is surely something to be proud of so something bad must of happened that shamed them pretty good unless we are all just waiting for the next episode...then all is just fine, I hope. Might just be out for a jolly cup of tea, right mate?

Huh? That happens to me a lot with this upgraded site. Your reply (Brian) was hours before mine but it wasn't there when I linked on from email to post. Mmm?

Might have been on page 2 of the thread and you missed it. I just did the same
Ya, that is what it was. When yer notified of somebody replying to a thread the link in the notification takes you directly to that persons post and not at the end of the thread like it used to. Tom foolery

Actually the old system would take you to the next post you have not viewed. I got tripped up a few times on the old Short Wing and Super Cub site.

That's what I meant and I wouldn't of goofed if it had. Double trouble if you just so happen to land at the end of a page.

Hi,

They sure ran a lot of wire through sheet metal holes without using grommets.

Several times but didn't they use grommets everywhere the last go-around?
....Hey Jim, I clicked on your "media" after hovering over your avatar and saw that beautiful avatar (plane) was wrecked, ouch! Anyway, all but one of your pictures link to someone elses photos. I could not open any of em but the cartoon.

Hi MrBill,

The Binky was played while I was distracted, I probably missed where they used the grommets.

I noticed the links to those pictures went to others photos but when I did this board was still in the works. I guess they didn't straighten themselves out. I know over the years I've put up a lot of pictures, they don't show in that media link either.

As for the bent look, that was in 2006 when my Univair gear leg let loose. They then reissued their mention about installing gussets if those legs were to be used on skis or unimproved runways and I hadn't before. Univair was a great help in getting all fixed up again, I even upgraded my worn out 0290 to a zero timed 032 E2D dynafocal mounted engine at the time.
