Super Pacer no. 2

Yes, the longer ailerons are part of the Super Pacer STC. The ailerons are the same length as Super Cubs. 102 inches, but they are moved out to the wing tips.

I found that Sensenich ground adjustable with pin 7 was the best for both cruise and climb. The performance was similar to my Catto 82-42. Since my plane is certified, I normally use my McCauley 77-55, with only slightly lower take off and climb performance.
I didn’t know the McCauley 77-55 was approved for the PA22/20?

Interesting option to possibly get some speed/climb benefit vs my Sensenich 74-56.

My McCauley was an 82 inch Borer that had tip damage and was shortened. I recently had it repitched from 47 to 55

I was thinking more about your fixed adjustable sensenich.
I had an 82 inch Sensenich ground adjustable for a while but found it only slightly better in performance than an 82/42 Catto. I made, and experimented with larger pins for the Sensenich. Pin 7 gave me the best performance all around. Three other pilots told me that they only used one setting for their Sensenich for best performance. I was expecting a more significant difference in a cruise setting vs a climb setting. Also, the Sensenich was heavier than a Catto. Sadly, neither of these props are approved for our planes. And, they both significantly out perform my McCauley.

I’m in the process of doing a Field Approval for the Sensenich on a Maule. The sticking point is getting the Flight Manual Supplements approved by FAA before I can issue the Field Approval.

Good luck. Are you getting much help with data from Sensenich?
